These Terms of use apply to the VOKA Anatomy Pro application, and is concluded between Innowise Group and you, our user hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "You". The Terms are a legal agreement and contain important information about your rights and obligations regarding the use of VOKA Anatomy Pro.
If you do not agree to these terms or any future updates, you must not access and / or use, and must stop accessing and / or using VOKA Anatomy Pro. If in the future, as a result of updating these Terms of use, you are required to take any action to accept the updated terms, you will not be able to continue using VOKA Anatomy Pro until you take such action.

VOKA Anatomy Pro is not intended for children under the age of 16.
You are responsible for Internet connectivity and / or mobile payments that may emerge to access and / or use VOKA Anatomy Pro. You should check with your mobile operator or Internet service provider if you are unsure what these costs will be before you access and / or start VOKA Anatomy Pro.
When using VOKA Anatomy Pro, you can choose an account, and in some cases you will need to create an account (for example, to access the paid functionality of the application). If you create a VOKA Anatomy Pro-account with us, you agree to take all steps necessary to protect your credentials and keep them confidential. You agree not to provide login information to third parties, and you will not allow anyone to use your login information. If you fail to keep your login information secret, you assume full responsibility for the consequences (including unauthorized purchases), and agree to be fully responsible for any damage or loss that may emerge in this regard.
You understand that if you delete your VOKA Anatomy Pro account or if we delete your account in accordance with the TERMS OF USE, you may lose access to any data previously associated with your account.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not have ownership of the VOKA Anatomy Pro account you create when using VOKA Anatomy Pro. We may suspend, terminate, change or delete account data, including uninstalling the VOKA Anatomy Pro app at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. However, Innowise Group will make every effort to keep VOKA Anatomy Pro running for as long as possible.
You must comply with the laws that apply to you in the location where you access our VOKA Anatomy Pro app. If any laws that apply to you limit or prohibit your use of VOKA Anatomy Pro, you must comply with those legal restrictions or, if applicable, stop accessing and / or using VOKA Anatomy Pro.
You understand and agree that all content that you may submit while using VOKA Anatomy Pro, whether published or privately submitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who submitted the content. This means that you, and not us, are solely responsible for all content that you may upload, send, share or otherwise provide via the VOKA Anatomy Pro app.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other VOKA Anatomy Pro users.
You acknowledge that all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in VOKA Anatomy Pro (other than content provided by users of the application) are owned by or licensed to us.
As long as you comply with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, revocable limited license to access and / or use VOKA Anatomy Pro (but not related objects and source code) for your personal private use, provided that such use is consistent with these Terms of use in each case. You agree not to use VOKA Anatomy Pro for anything else. These terms also apply to any update or fix that we may publish or provide to VOKA Anatomy Pro, and any such update or fix will be deemed part of VOKA Anatomy Pro for the purposes of these Terms of use.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of use by posting an updated version. We can do this for a number of reasons, including changes of our application for technical or legal reasons, or needs of our business. You agree that if you do not accept our amended Terms of use, you must immediately stop accessing and / or using VOKA Anatomy Pro.
We have the right to delete downloaded Materials (any information, including but not limited to data, files, software, tags, links that may be downloaded, sent, transmitted and provided in any other way by you or other users through VOKA Anatomy Pro), if we, in our sole discretion, determine that such content violates, or caused by these Terms of use or part of it, or may impair our reputation or that of the VOKA Anatomy Pro application and / or VOKA Anatomy Pro.

It is prohibited to: use malware or other computer programs (any similar computer programs that can disrupt the operation of other computers or damage the property of others), files, codes, scripts created to block, collect information through the Service, destroy, limit the functionality of VOKA Anatomy Pro, hardware, telecommunications equipment, including, but not limited to, use pixel tags, cookies, and other elements; attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack VOKA Anatomy Pro, open or bypass our encryption technologies or security measures, or reveal data that we transmit, process or store; disrupt the normal operation of VOKA Anatomy Pro, otherwise take any action that may negatively affect the fair use of VOKA Anatomy Pro; attack servers, VOKA Anatomy Pro networks, platforms that host the VOKA Anatomy Pro application.
In VOKA Anatomy Pro, it is prohibited to: create more than one account for one platform to access VOKA Anatomy Pro; use personal or technical data of third parties to register or otherwise access VOKA Anatomy Pro (e-mail, phone numbers, passport data, registration addresses, etc.); provide personal data of VOKA Anatomy Pro users (including but not limited to email, phone numbers, passport data, personal images of VOKA Anatomy Pro users, registration addresses, etc.) to third parties, VOKA Anatomy Pro users; slander, insult, harass, pursue, threaten, or otherwise violate legal rights (such as privacy and publicity) of users. use information about other VOKA Anatomy Pro users, unless such information is public due to the settings of the platform on which VOKA Anatomy Pro is hosted; impersonate another person, organization, otherwise give the appearance of connection with any person, organization and thus mislead other persons, including for fraud or abuse; place advertisements, commercial offers, campaigning and any other intrusive information in VOKA Anatomy Pro; remove or modify any proprietary notices or other information about the owner of VOKA Anatomy Pro or any portion/part of VOKA Anatomy Pro; sell, transfer, or attempt to sell or transfer an account in VOKA Anatomy Pro; use vulnerabilities, errors in VOKA Anatomy Pro, special technical solutions described in these Terms of use to obtaining paid functionality.
If We reasonably consider that You are in material violation of the Terms of use (including repeatedly committing minor violations), without limitation to any other remedy or any other paragraph of these provisions, We reserve the right to take any of the following actions, individually or collectively, with or without prior notice: delete, suspend and / or change your account or part of it; otherwise suspend and / or close your access to VOKA Anatomy Pro; change the quantity and / or remove the volume of the provided paid service associated with your account; reset and / or change the benefits and privileges associated with your account. You hereby undertake to reimburse us, according to the law, for any loss, damage, claims and expenses that may emerge because of your violation of the Terms of use.
We do not guarantee that VOKA Anatomy Pro will be free from errors at any time or at the moment. We are committed to providing the service via the VOKA Anatomy Pro app in accordance with all statutory standards. Regarding Virtual Money and / or Virtual Goods, or any part of our services paid with real money, we guarantee that such services in their basic characteristics will correspond to their description provided at the point of purchase and will be of a satisfactory quality. We will provide services with reasonable integrity and at a reasonable level.
